Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our local warehouse in the UAE, allowing us to deliver quickly and reliably across all seven Emirates.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Sunday – Thursday). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Dubai: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on all orders over AED 200.
- Standard shipping: AED 20 for orders below AED 200.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee may apply.
